Sending us a clip

• It has to be yours. You filmed it, or the person who filmed it said you could send it. If someone else filmed it, they get the credit.
• You have to be 18 or older.
• You keep ownership. You can keep posting your clip anywhere you want. What you give ENN is permission, not ownership, and it isn't exclusive.
• What the permission covers: posting your clip on ENN's own pages and accounts, worldwide and free of charge, and editing it to fit: trimming it, cropping it to vertical, and adding captions and the ENN lower third. We only mute the music if an app makes us, and we never swap your sound for another one. Your watermark is never removed and stays visible. The permission ends for any post you ask us to take down.
• You get a say first. If your clip is picked, we email you the exact cut and caption, then wait 24 hours before posting. Reply no and it stays off. No email within 7 days means it wasn't picked this time.
• Credit: when we post your clip, the filmer's @ goes on screen and first in the caption, tagged. On Instagram we can invite you as a Collab so it shows on your grid too.
• No selling, no ads: we never sell or license your clip to another company, page or brand, and it never goes in an ad, sponsored post or paid campaign unless you say yes first. If anyone asks to use it, we send them to you.
• The apps: when ENN posts to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, those apps get the permissions their own terms require for anything posted there. That's how posting works on every app.
• Money: we don't pay for clips. ENN's pages may earn from the apps' creator programs, and ENN also posts brand-supplied event clips for paid campaigns. Your clip is never part of a paid campaign without your yes.
• The music: this covers your footage, not the songs playing in it. Music rights belong to the artists. If an app requires it we mute the music; we never replace your sound with another one.
• Changed your mind? Ask and we take it down from ENN's pages within 24 hours. We can't pull back copies other people already shared, stitched or reposted.
• Your promise to us: the clip is yours to share (or the filmer said OK), and posting it doesn't break anyone else's rights or privacy.

What we don't post

Pits are welcome. Friends in your clip? If anyone in it asks, we take it down. We don't post fights, anyone actually getting hurt, anyone under 18, nudity, anything filmed somewhere private (bathrooms, tents, hotel rooms), or anything that makes fun of someone who didn't sign up for it.

Privacy

• What we keep: your clip, what you typed in the form, and your email.
• Why: to look at your clip, credit the right person, and ask you before it goes up.
• Your email is never shared or sold, and we don't send you marketing.
• Location data: phone videos can carry GPS. We strip it before anything is posted and never publish it.
• Clips we don't use are deleted from our storage after 30 days. Uploads that never get sent (you leave before tapping Send and don't come back) are deleted within 24 hours.
• Want your info deleted, or a copy of it? Email clips@edmnewsnetwork.com and we'll do it.
